Pharmacy staff bends over backwards to help everyone, in spite of being ridiculously busy. Not sure why they don't have more help but I expect that's how it is everywhere nowadays. No matter the problem I have with doctors or insurance, they always do their best to resolve it.
Much better than Walmart. Not quite the selection but the cleanliness makes up for that.
The only bad experience I had was a while ago and it was caused by a customer, not the staff. Customer was rude and abusive toward the entire staff and the lady that tried to resolve it took the brunt of the abuse. It was a shame. She tried to explain that they couldn't hold people's prescriptions for long periods of time - insurance companies frown on that. And when she (the customer) didn't come in when she said she would it was put away. But the customer wasn't hearing it. I give the lady credit - she remained professional in spite of the nastiness.
