EVERYTIME I come theres a 2 HOUR WAIT. Every. Time. I was bad before but ever since Jefferson came in it is terrible. The girls in the office can't keep dates and times straight and you can tell everyone is flustered. And those girls work hard.
Doctors at the delran office are friendly and competent but several of the office staff are either incompetent or rude. One of them even yelled at me over the phone because I asked her to correct an error which the office staff had made in ordering an X-ray. If it weren't for the fact that Dr. Pelimskaya is so good, I would not return here.
Their wait time is absolutely rediculous. I understand that this isn't the doctors or nurses fault, but every time it's an hour wait minimum.
I've been going to Dorfner for years and I cannot disagree, more, with these few people! The office staff are all great & though I typically see Dr. Mirson both Drs. are excellent. Go find people that work harder..for US & go there!
I have had asthma for 28 years, and have been taking the same medicine/inhalers for 15+. They have declined my pharmacy multiple times to refill my prescription and force me into the office to collect another co-pay. Breathing isn't an option, I need my inhalers!!!
